York had arrived sometime earlier, having come straight to the meeting from work, and therefore arrived with an empty stomach. He hadn't really intended to make a meal of the snacks there, but here he was, working on his second plate of biscotti, along with a muffin and some fruit.
He looked up at Rosemary when she approached, a bite of the muffin in his mouth, and gestured for her to take a seat. A swallow of coffee helped him wash down the food and he nodded to her.
"Hey, sorry, I didn't mean to be rude," he said. "How are you doing? I'm York."
